Not all additives are the same

Category 4 additives

Frequent in gas stations, service stations and shopping centers. The additive is added directly to the fuel, increasing the price per liter. The concentration is very low and the results are barely noticeable .

Category 3 additives

The most common in the automotive spare parts sector. The concentration level is medium and requires prolonged use to see results as long as the state of the fuel, the circuit or the engine is not excessively deteriorated. They offer a solution against emissions but do not micronize or emulsify the water, which can cause bacteria to appear in the tank. Occasionally, they improve cetane quality but usually dry out the injectors. Cleaning detergent additives are insufficient for immediate effectiveness .

Additives category 2

Additives of acceptable quality and generally more complemented as a whole . At a higher price, they allow the effects of their application to be appreciated in a more or less reasonable time.
